a mediocre stay with some issues

cold roomuncomfortable bed
the room was quite cold. i could not get the heating to work. a staff member gave me a small fan heater. the double bed had springy coils and it was quite uncomfortable. every time i turned over, the squeaky springs made a noise.

south pier stay

i appreciated the location right next to the south pier (very convenient for attractions). the bar offered a wide variety of drinks, and the selection was excellent. i found the beds, pillows, and duvet to be very comfortable.
the room was cold, and i couldn't figure out how to turn on the heating. a staff member did bring a small fan heater up to the room, which helped a little.

i really liked the garden with tables it felt so cute. the safety measures, i noticed i could not enter without a key. the front garden seemed like a lovely spot to relax. the bar was well-presented, and the kids area was very entertaining.
The beds were somewhat uncomfortable. I felt the springs in the mattress, but it was manageable.

the location had easy access to transportation, and the tram stop was just 100 yards away. the evenings were quiet, so we slept soundly.

The location was great. It was close to many attractions.
The room was quite small, and there was not much storage for our belongings. The bathroom door did not shut properly, and it also wouldn't lock. Skirtings need repainting SOON, it is a must.

The staff was friendly and helpful. the hotel had amazing facilities and a nice vibe to it. i honestly can't rate this place enough. It's good value for money. i will definitely stay here next time.
I found the bed could have been comfier. The springs were poking through the mattress, a bit annoying. also, there were lots of steep stairs. i felt the room could have been bigger.
